The situation of the flat was nice.
The situation of the flat was nice.
It wasnt very clean and the vacuumcleaner was broke, the toilet broke down on our first day and we didnt get any help fixing it. Lucky to be close to public toilets!

the roomsame were extremely big and the beds and the sofa beds were really good. In the real heart of Strasbourg.
I had to wait for an hour for the key. I had sent messages to inform before I arrived but no reply. I was calling when I arrived and noones was answering it.after 1hr we got the key. the house is written that it has oven so I rent it because of it. we wanted to cook for our easter. the oven was broken so we had to through our food. I send a message to the guy who did the checkin to ask for a solution but he answered after a couple of hours. the toilet was not working after the first day we asked for a product to fix it and we received lot of hours later. on the main time we bought also two bottle of a liquide to fix it but without any success. so last day the toilet was not working. thanks God mc Donald's were not so far away to use their toilets. after that we change our plans and we left earlier from the hotel.

Central and spacious apartment, ideal for families
Very spacious apartment, great location, comfortable sofas in the living room, very near public transport.
The toilette was unfortunately blocked, not sure the owner/agency were aware of it. The bath tab smelled of mould, the bathroom, though spacious, needs a good renovation.

Location great. All Good but WiFi did not work.
There was no WiFi in the apartment which made it difficult as I was in Strasbourg for work
